Snowshoe Rentals

The Mt. Hood National Forest is home to numerous maintained winter trails leading to spectacular vistas. A popular winter activity for all ages and all ability levels, snowshoeing is a great form of exercise and the best way to commune with nature during the winter season. GET OUT and discover trails full of snow-covered old growth trees, see native birds, animal tracks and even the animals themselves.

Our snowshoe rentals are good until the shop closes each day but are available for multi-day in case you are enjoying an overnight stay on the mountain. Trekking poles are included with adult snowshoe rentals as well as a complimentary trail map and trail information. We recommend wearing a pair of waterproof winter boots that are comfortable to walk in and will keep your feet warm and dry. Please contact us if you have any questions about how to dress your feet.
